This policy explains how MS CRED FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS ("we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information submitted through this website.
What we collect
- Credit card and personal loan enquiries: full name, date of birth, PAN, mobile number, current address, email ID, company name and designation.
- Business loan enquiries: full name, mobile number, GST number, income as per the last two years' ITR, and annual turnover.
- Home loan enquiries: full name, mobile number, loan amount needed and city.
- Call back requests: full name, mobile number and the product you are interested in.
- Technical data: the page you submitted from, campaign (UTM) parameters, your IP address and the time you gave consent.
- Analytics: if enabled, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel set cookies to measure visits and ad performance.
We do not ask for card numbers, bank account details, passwords, OTPs or document uploads on this website.
Why we use it
- To contact you by call, SMS, WhatsApp or email about your enquiry.
- To assess which products may suit you and to assist with your application.
- To share your details with a partner bank, NBFC or card issuer so that it can check your eligibility and process your application. The lender may check your credit record.
- To keep a record of your consent and to comply with legal obligations.
Who we share it with
- Partner banks, NBFCs and card issuers, only for your enquiry or application (SBI, HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, AU Small Finance Bank, YES Bank, IDFC FIRST Bank, IndusInd Bank).
- Service providers who help us run the website and handle enquiries: Cloudflare (website hosting and spam protection); Google (Google Sheets and Apps Script to store enquiries, Gmail to send new-enquiry alerts containing your name, mobile number and product, and, if enabled, Google Analytics and Google Maps); our business email provider, which receives those alerts; and Meta (WhatsApp, when we contact you there, and the Meta Pixel if enabled).
- Authorities, when required by law.
We do not sell your personal information.
Storage, security and retention
The website uses HTTPS. Enquiries are stored in an access-restricted Google Sheet available only to named, authorised staff. Google may store this data on servers outside India. We do not ask for card numbers, bank details, passwords or documents on this website. If you choose to send us documents by WhatsApp or email to help with your application, we use them only for that application and keep and delete them as described below.
We keep enquiry records, including the record of your consent, for 12 months from the date you submit them and then delete them, unless your application is in progress or a law requires us to keep them longer.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent at any time, by emailing mrpatni@mscredfinancialsolutions.com or messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 70412 29302. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already done. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact our grievance officer and you may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
